At Maya & Henry's, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
